By accessing VELOURA and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
All VELOURA products are limited-edition collectibles. Each edition is produced in a strictly defined quantity. Once an edition is sold out, it will not be reproduced. Edition numbers and serial numbers are permanently assigned at the time of purchase.
Orders are confirmed upon receipt and verification of payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not received within the specified timeframe. Prices are displayed in the store currency and are subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation.
Each purchase includes a digital certificate of authenticity linked to your unique serial number. Certificates are issued to the registered purchaser and form part of the permanent ownership record.
We ship collectibles with appropriate packaging to ensure safe delivery. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handover to the shipping carrier.
Due to the limited-edition and authenticated nature of our products, all sales are final. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
